ADZ Realty and Brokerage operates the ADZ Due Diligence (Beta) application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. This policy details what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal information.

2. Data Collection

We collect the following data:

Profile Information: Email address, name, and account preferences you provide during registration
Investigation Data: Subject names and details you submit for due diligence reports
Usage Data: App interaction data to improve service quality and track usage limits
Generated Reports: AI-generated due diligence reports stored for your access

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

Provide Services: Process your investigation requests and generate due diligence reports
Track Usage: Monitor usage limits based on your subscription plan
Improve Services: Understand how the App is used to enhance features and user experience
Compliance: Maintain audit logs for regulatory compliance

4. Data Storage

Secure Storage: Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases (Supabase)
Report Retention: Reports are retained until you delete them
Deletion Grace Period: In accordance with our data management policy, deletion requests are subject to a 7-day grace period to prevent accidental deletion

We do NOT:

Sell your personal data to third parties
Share your data with marketers
Distribute your information to unaffiliated parties

We may share data only when:

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party AI services (Google Gemini) to generate reports. When using these services:

Only investigation details are sent for processing
Processing is subject to the provider's privacy policies
We do not control third-party data practices

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Data Deletion Policy

In accordance with our internal data management policy and your Right to Erasure under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, requests for permanent deletion are subject to a 7-day grace period. During this time, your data will be 'blocked' or suspended from further processing to allow for a change of heart or to prevent accidental deletion. After this period, your data will be permanently and securely destroyed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be notified within the App.
