1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ADZ Due Diligence (Beta) ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides AI-assisted due diligence report generation for Philippine real estate transactions using large language models. It is designed as a compliance tool for AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering Act) requirements.

3. Important Disclaimer

⚠️ This App generates AI-assisted reports that may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations.

This is NOT a substitute for professional due diligence conducted by licensed professionals
This is NOT legal advice or professional counsel
This is NOT guaranteed to be accurate or complete
Users must verify all information against official sources
Always check every fact, citation, and finding before relying on any report

The App and ADZ Realty and Brokerage assume NO LIABILITY for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from reliance on generated reports.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the App for lawful purposes only
Not use the App for harassment, stalking, or any illegal purpose
Not rely solely on AI-generated content for legal or business decisions
Verify all information against official sources (SEC, DTI, courts, AMLC, etc.)
Not share or redistribute reports as official legal documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
For legal matters, consult a qualified lawyer

5. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and code are owned by ADZ Realty and Brokerage
AI-generated reports are provided for personal/professional use only
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited

6. Data Privacy

Your profile and usage data are stored securely
Investigation data is processed via secure API
Subject to Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data
Data deletion requests are subject to a 7-day grace period

7. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any output and accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from its use.

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

Use or inability to use the service
Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Reliance on any report for legal or business decisions

Use this App at your own risk.

8. Fair Use Policy

Each account is for individual use only
Sharing account credentials is prohibited
Automated scraping or bulk extraction is prohibited
We reserve the right to limit usage for abuse prevention

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.
